Our policy states as followed,

We accept exchange or store credit only up to 9 days from the date the tracking number states it was delivered. We do not issue refunds for returns or cancellations. Returns must be within 9 days starting the date it was delivered. 

To be eligible for an exchange, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that was received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ONCE ITEMS ARE IN USPS CARE AS WELL AS ERRORS OR MISTAKES MADE ON ADDRESS BY THE CUSTOMER, SO PLEASE CONTACT USPS TO CLAIM IT WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.

WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE ONCE A PACKAGE HAS A TRACKING NUMBER.

Not all items are "candidates" for a return so please contact our customer service before returning your items (info@327clothing.com)

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item(s). The exchange must be within 9 days starting the date it was delivered.

We do not accept exchanges for the next item(s):

  • Intimate
  • Bodysuits
  • Gift cards
  • No longer in stock
  • White - Ivory - Beige - Cream
  • Bought on a sale day (clearance)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the customer, the person will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. All return or exchange must be authorized.  Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to the person.
