Our current processing time is between 3 to 5 business days. Depending on which method you choose at check out.

If you need your items shipped for a special occasion we will gladly rush the processing time please send us an email with your order number name and request. 


Please expect delays between the holiday season.

EXCHANGES: 

Our policy states as followed,

We accept exchange or store credit only up to 7 days from the date the tracking number states it was delivered. We do not issue refunds for returns or cancellations. Returns must be within 7 days starting the date it was delivered. 

To be eligible for an exchange, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that was received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for the next item(s):

  • Intimate
  • Bodysuits
  • White/beige
  • Gift cards
  • No longer in stock
  • Bought on a sale day (clearance)
 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ONCE ITEMS ARE IN USPS CARE AS WELL AS ERRORS OR MISTAKES MADE ON ADDRESS BY THE CUSTOMER, SO PLEASE CONTACT USPS TO CLAIM IT WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Not all items are "candidates" for a return so please contact our customer service before returning your items (info@327clothing.com)

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item(s). The exchange must be within 7 days starting the date it was delivered.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the customer, the person will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. All return or exchange must be authorized.  Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to the person.

 

VERYFYING FLAGGED ORDERS 

Any order flagged by the bank must be verified before shipping out. We will not ship with out verification. You will receive an email to verify this transaction.

 

LARGE ORDERS 

Any large order over $150 will need the transaction to be verified. Unless it is paid with Afterpay or PayPal.

The buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. According to the buyer location, the entire process time may vary.

If the customer is shipping an item over $75, the person must consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
