1) Doesn’t move
2) Stays in pre-shipment 
3) Doesn’t arrive to your destination
4) Error on our end
5) Item is defected

Purchase protection excludes as followed and may not be used if:

1) Wrong address on customers end
2) Returned to sender
3) Marked as delivered

paying for protection?

shouldn’t have to pay for protection on my package

Hi ! You don't have to buy the Insurance. It's not mandatory. The option is there for those who would like to purchase it. It is to ensure if in any case your package is not delivered by the Postal Service that you will be fully covered by us to either replace or resend your items . It's OPTIONAL. Just like a warranty :)
