Returns
Our policy states as followed ,

WE DO NOT EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WE NO LONGER HAVE IN STOCK.

We accept  exchange or store credit only up to 7 days from the date the tracking number states it was delivered. We do not issue refunds for returns or cancellations. Your return must be within 7 days starting the date it was delivered .

We will not except items longer than 7 days .

ALL WHITE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE  ONCE ITEMS ARE IN USPS CARE

SO PLEASE CONTACT USPS TO CLAIM IT WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER (: 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We also do not accept products that are intimate , body suits ect.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange  item. 

ex: clearance items are not returnable .

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
